Service Policies
We strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience, but we also ask that you comply with our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients. Our policies include:
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to a $25 cancellation, late rescheduling, or a no-show fee.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment and notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour or health concerns.
Payment Policies
We accept payment for our services through a variety of methods, including cash, credit card, and gift certificates. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to refuse service or pursue collection of the unpaid amount.

Liability Waiver
